Where we ship

We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. Enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout to check delivery.

Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Custom-configured products may need extra production time, shown at checkout.
Delays due to weather, strikes, remote locations or courier issues may occur; we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

FREE delivery on orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping fee.
Cash on Delivery orders carry a COD fee of ₹30.

Courier & tracking

We ship through trusted courier partners. Once shipped, you receive the tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp, and can track from My Orders.

Delivery attempts

Couriers usually make up to 3 attempts. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or refuses a prepaid order, the order may be returned to us and refunded after deducting shipping costs.

Damaged package

Please do not accept a visibly damaged or tampered package, or record an unboxing video and report it within 48 hours (see Replacement & Exchange Policy).
