Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by customer

• You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped from My Orders → Cancel, or by contacting [support@mechdel.com] / [+91 XXXXX XXXXX].
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery or request a return as per the Return & Refund Policy.
• Custom-configured products can be cancelled only before production starts.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, non-serviceable PIN code, pricing errors, failed verification or suspected fraud. You will be informed and fully refunded.

Refunds on cancellation

Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. No charges apply for cancellations made before dispatch.
