Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Credit / Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net banking and wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and PIN codes (COD fee ₹30).

Online payments are processed securely by RBI-authorised payment aggregators (e.g. Razorpay) using encryption. We do not store card details, CVV or UPI PIN.

Pricing & invoice

All prices are in ₹ and include applicable GST. A GST invoice is provided with every order.

Failed or pending payments

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days. Contact [support@mechdel.com] with the transaction ID if not received.

COD verification

We may verify COD orders by OTP or call. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for that number.

Fraud prevention

We may hold or cancel orders flagged as suspicious and refund any amount paid.
