Return & Refund Policy

Return window

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging with tags, invoice and accessories.
• Not eligible: custom-configured / made-to-order products (except if damaged, defective or wrong), items damaged by misuse, and products marked "non-returnable" on the product page.

How to request a return

Go to My Orders → Return, or contact [support@mechdel.com] / [+91 XXXXX XXXXX] with your order number, reason and photos. We arrange pickup where serviceable; otherwise we will share self-ship instructions.

Inspection

Returned items are checked within 2 business days of receipt. If the return does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Refund timeline

• Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of inspection.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method in 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
• COD orders: refunded to your bank account / UPI ID or as MECHDEL Wallet credit, as you choose.
• Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or wrong.
